I deeply believe that most Innovation comes from the edges it's not just about sort of you know fighting over how a
technology is built right it's fundamentally like do we have an Internet that creates incentives for entrepreneurs for Creative people what
is the society we want what are the incentives we want do we want human creativity to still flourish I think of
it as very analogous to the arguments for open source software the policy should be things that encourage entrepreneurship creativity Innovation
at the edges not five big companies that control everything what kind of Internet do we
