let's talk about some of the bad things uh with email and then some of the things that you can do to be more

effective when it comes to communicating via email I hesitate to

say negotiating via email because I I don't really advocate for that um but we'll talk about some things that you

can change to make your communication via email a little bit better so some of

the things off the top of my mind that are bad about email
