The brain wants to try and protect you and it wants to try and keep you safe. So today you were going to do this
podcast in English and your brain is going, "No, no, we don't normally do this. Let's step away." And this is the
critical point. People generally have a choice here where they can either decide to keep going knowing that it's going to
be uncomfortable, but they can push through those barriers and then you gain confidence. You gain understanding that
it's not absence of fear. It's the presence of courage.
