the owner just texted me yesterday and she said hey Rich you know we're retiring and I think we're finally ready

to sell our Our Lake Tahoe property they have another uh boque Hotel in South Lake Tahoe and she said uh we'd love to

give you first crack at the deal um and we can sell our finance it so now uh I'm hopping on a call this afternoon uh with

a seller that I've built a relationship with uh over the last year and a half and she's going to seller her finance a

deal and I'm going to have first crack at this deal because I built that relationship
